The Health Policy Initiative (HPI) project is an indefinite quantity contract (IQC) awarded by and for the exclusive use of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). The USAID Bureau for Global Health awarded one of the four contracts under the HPI IQC to Chemonics International. WebFirst participates on this IQC as as subcontractor to Chemonics Corporation.
