The SEE Forums website is an online resource to promote evidence-based policymaking in education. The Forums, based at AIR, offer events and resources to address pressing educational issues and provide a common venue for policymakers, practitioners, and the research community to engage in important policy discussions.

The objectives of the SEE Forums website are to:

  • To build greater awareness about the value of scientific evidence in education
  • Examine key findings from timely, rigorous research, enabling policymakers and education stakeholders to make well-informed decisions.

WebFirst developed the website using the latest web standards including Section 508, W3C and XHTML. WebFirst also developed an online registration and administration for their Forum events. Our registration tool, developed in Microsoft's ASP.NET, allowed SEE Forums staff to easily administer and run reports of registered users. WebFirst also utilized the Google Search Engine Appliance in the creation of the site search.

The SEE Forums are funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Education's Institute of Education Sciences.
