The International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations (ISPSO) provides a forum for academics, clinicians, consultants and others interested in working in and with organizations utilizing psychoanalytic concepts and insights. The Society's aim is to share organizational research, consultation and experiences in the context of psychoanalysis.

WebFirst developed a web-based, searchable database of abstracts of journal articles and proceedings in the field of psychoanalytic concepts and organizational research. WebFirst’s search interface allows users to search articles by abstract, author, keywords, journal title, publisher, date range and language. The results are able to be sorted by author, title and year of publication. A key design feature is allowing the ability to download papers (where copyrights permit) or to provide a URL/link to full papers.

The search results are returned in the American Psychological Association Style (APA) Specification. These rules have been developed to assist and standardize reading comprehension in the social and behavioral sciences.

Members of ISPSO can easily enter information about their work through the system administration tool in a wide variety of formats. The library increases the possibility for greater exchanges and collaboration.
